Cancellation / Refund Policy

At KARAT25, we strive to provide premium gifting experiences with the highest quality standards. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be considered.

  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged.
  • The product delivered does not match the order placed.
  • The order has not been delivered beyond the committed timeline (excluding delays caused by force majeure events).
  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products.
  • Gift hampers containing perishable items (e.g., sweets, chocolates, flowers) once dispatched.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch or beyond the stipulated cancellation period.
  1. Refund Procedure
  • Customers must notify KARAT25 within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a defective or incorrect product by writing to [Insert Support Email] with supporting evidence (photographs/videos).
  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days via the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer after confirmation of details.
  1. Replacement Policy

Where possible and subject to stock availability, KARAT25 may offer a replacement product in lieu of a refund. The decision to issue a refund or replacement rests solely with the Company.

  1. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
